Staff is thoughtful. Need to praise the staff. This hotel provide 3 Pin Plug extension is so brilliant and Hope other same level hotels can follow what this hotel do. Staff Whatapp me how to reach the hotel entrance b4 I arrive, is very much appreciated.

the location is perfect. it has all you needs around you and just a walk away from the train. The self check in process was pretty easy. I am grateful to be given a free upgrade of room as well. thank you! 😊

Newly furbish cosy hotel room with cool aircond . Great hospitality bg counter service receptionist. Very friendly and helpful person even when we are having difficulties and need to late check in. Also, basement parking was spacious.
